Who We Are

IHaveALittleDreidel.com is designed to help busy Jewish families -- and their friends -- find products and services to make their lives more meaningful AND more fun. We started this company because we were spending hours surfing the Internet, leafing through catalogs, rummaging through libraries and combing through the Yellow Pages to find that perfect book, gift, or party favor, while simultaneously working our day jobs, caring for our families, and preparing for the holidays. We got tired of running to the supermarket to pick up stickers for a Hanukah party, only to be told they were sold out for this year and wouldn't be reordered for another 12 months. We thought there must be a pleasanter way to find Afikomen treats for our many small nephews and nieces than to hear from our local toy store that they don't carry Jewish toys for Passover, only Easter bunnies for Easter. We wondered what ever happened to all the Jewish children's books that we can remember from synagogue book clubs when we were kids. How could we get them for our own children? And where oh where are the new books and authors?
And so IHaveALittleDreidel.com was born. We've spent hours assembling listings of all the products and services we'd like to have right at our fingertips -- or at the click of a mouse -- so you don't have to. Wherever possible, we've provided links to web pages and toll-free 800 numbers. If we've missed your favorite product(s) or web sites, or if there's some area of Jewish life you'd like us to research, won't you please email us and let us know?
